Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We do offer returns/refunds in case if we did not start to work on your order.

We’re 100% dedicated to ensuring you love your artwork!

Once your portrait is ready, we’ll send you the preview in your email. You have 3 days to either send us your edit request or approve it for printing.

If 3 days go by and we don’t hear from you, we’ll consider it approved and will proceed with printing.

We’re proud to offer unlimited revisions free of charge, so you can be confident you’ll love your portrait

As your order is 100% unique and custom-made just for you and your pet, we do not accept returns/refunds.

If you have a problem with your order, let us know and we’ll fix it for you.

Remember, we offer artwork previews and unlimited revisions so you’re 100% happy with your artwork before printing!

  • Downloadable software products

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@tinyfluffypaws.com
