My custom portrait!

You do only dogs and cats?

Our talented artists can do an incredible job and we have experience not only with cats and dogs. We can create an portrait for any animal no matter the size species or breed. We’ve worked with horses, rabbits , hedgehogs, lizards, dragons and much more.

Can I have multiple pets in one portrait?

Yes we can!! We have multiple templates for 2 , 3, pets or we can put the single costumes in one portrait.
Please contact us for 4 or more pets in one portrait.

 

Do you do human portraits?

There are a variety of options for owners and pets in one portrait on our website.

We definitely can and have done human portraits!

Is my photo good enough to use?

Please follow our photo guidelines to make sure that the photos is good to be used.

The photo needs to be take in good light(outdoor daylight is best)
Make a photo at the eye level of your pet
The closer to the head the better so we can see all the features of your pet
Blurry photo will result in a blurry portrait
Please make sure the ears are in picture
Make sure the fur color in photo correspond to real life

We will check the photo, if there are any issues with it we will contact you with request for new ones.

Please be advised if we don’t receive a new photo after we informed you that the quality of the one sent this can result in a poor portrait quality and in this case we cannot refund you the money, it’s your responsibility to ensure that you send us a good quality photo.

(Note: All examples on our website are created using good high quality photos.)

How do you produce your artwork?

We do not paint from scratch.

We are a digital design studio and we use a range of proprietary photo editing techniques, professional photo re-touching as well as a number of complex brush strokes and blending processes to turn your original photo into a pet portrait.

Can I change my order?

You can change the costume or picture within 24 hours. If your order was received more than 24 hours ago, we can’t guarantee this.

Can I see the portrait before it's printed?

We send the proof to your email for preview and we send the portrait to print only if you are happy with it and approve this step.

Can you add or remove something from my pet photo?

We can sometimes edit out tears, piece of food or other small particles if you ask us but we cannot guarantee it.

We cannot perform major edits such as opening a closed mouth or make a smile or smirk.

We will remove collars, for the templates that require chest please provide the picture with chest.

How long do I have to wait for a reply to my email?

You should expect to receive a response within a couple of hours during working hours.

Shipping and Payment!

What are the shipping times and prices?

Please allow us 1-3 business days for your artwork to be ready for preview.

The printing and shipping will take an extra 2-5 business days for US orders.

All orders are provided with tracking number after shipping.

The shipping is FREE!

Do you ship worldwide?

We do offer international shipping.

Will you provide a tracking number?

All our prints are provided with a tracking number from the day of shipping.

Returns/Refunds

What if I don't like the artwork?

We’re 100% dedicated to ensuring you love your artwork!

Once your portrait is ready, we’ll send you the preview on your email. You have 3 days to either send us your edit requests, or approve it for printing. If 3 days go by and we don’t hear from you, we’ll consider it approved and will proceed with printing.

We’re proud to offer unlimited revisions free of charge, so you can be confident you’ll love your portrait.

Do you offer refunds?

As your order is 100% unique and custom made just for you and your pet, we do not accept returns / refunds.

If you have a problem with your order, let us know and we’ll fix it for you.

Remember, we offer artwork previews and unlimited revisions so you’re 100% happy with your artwork before printing!
