Start with personality, not looks
Think about how your pet behaves rather than how they look. Is she the one who runs the house? Does he guard the front door like it’s a castle gate? Is your cat elegant, dramatic or slightly evil? The portraits people love most are the ones where friends say: “That’s exactly him.”
For the queens, princesses and duchesses
Gowns, ruffled collars, pearls and crowns suit pets who carry themselves like they own the place – the cat who only sits on the best cushion, or the dog who expects to be admired.
